I'm a bit late with this, I know, so this will be a rather short review. It will contain spoilers even so, though, so come beyond the page break at your own risk!
Well... that was a strange episode. Even by the standards of this show, it was very, very odd. Thomas Astruc playing a starring role in his own cartoon, as a film director getting increasingly frustrated at not being given his due, eventually becoming the episode's akuma victim. And talking of the film, we even got a few seconds of footage – in the 2D style of the famous anime-style pitch film from years ago. Wasn't expecting that!
Meanwhile, Marinette finally wears something else, and finally teams up with Chloé out of costume. Not that either of them are terribly happy about it, but needs must when you're both trying to keep Adrien away from The Dreaded Kagami (as I think she must now be called). Chloé realises that Marinette is sweet on Adrien, but since 99.9% of the known universe has realised that, I don't think Chloé should pat herself on the back too much. And what is it with macarons? I'm still not sure what to make of this utter weirdfest.
